All our rates are per night, based on single or double
occupancy, and include a full homemade breakfast. There
is a $50 charge per night for a third person. Applicable
tax is additional. All rates and policies are subject to
change.
Minimum Stay: A minimum length of stay may apply. Please inquire about specific dates. During the high season there is generally a 3 night minimum stay, and weekends year round are usually a 2 or 3 night night minimum stay. Occasionally in the off season we will accept a 1 night stay and sometimes there are dates with 1 or 2 nights open between two reservations, if you have any questions, please call us.
Deposits: At the time of reservation, we request full payment for stays of two nights or less and 50% payment for longer stays. This payment guarantees your reservation and assures us that the accommodation is sold as reserved. Payment is applied to the last nights of the reserved stay and the 50% balance is due upon arrival. We accept MasterCard and VISA.
Cancellation: There is a $20 per room processing fee for any cancellation or shortening of a reservation. If you cancel or shorten your reservation more than 21 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit (less the processing fee) will be refunded. Otherwise, your deposit will not be refunded. Any reservation that is canceled with in 7 days of arrival will be charged the full amount due for the entire stay.
Check-In/Out: Check in is 2:00-6:00 pm, or by prior arrangement. Check-out is 11:00 am.
Non-Smoking: All indoor facilities are non-smoking.
Cleaning Charge: Smoking in rooms or unusual room cleaning will incur a minimum charge of $75.00.
Children/Pets: Children 10 and older are welcome. We cannot accommodate pets, but we are happy to recommend a nearby boarding facility. Seeing eye dogs are welcome.
